Step 1
Set your alarm in seconds
Hold the button, select the hour you want by clicking to change when it starts to flash. Then hold again, and it will switch to minutes. Click to select the minutes you prefer when it begins to flash. Once you're done just hold the button and voila you're all set.
Step 2
Wear it to sleep
Wear it on your wrist before bed. Comfortable enough to forget it's there, secure enough to stay all night.
Step 3
Wake up to escalating vibration
When your alarm hits, Zyntez vibrates silently on your wrist. Starting gentle and automatically escalating through 3 increasing levels until you actually wake up. No sound. No waking up your partner.
Good To Know
Why vibration works when sound doesn't
Your brain learned to filter out sound during sleep. That's why you sleep through every alarm. Vibration activates nerve endings in your skin, a signal that's significantly harder for your brain filter to out. That's the difference.
How do I turn off an alarm?
Press to go from time slot to alarm slot (You will see an alarm logo on the top left corner). Hold the button until the hour flashes, then press past the last hour (11 in 12-hour mode, 23 in 24-hour mode) until the display shows A1OF, that's alarm 1 off. Keep pressing and it cycles back to the hours. A2 and A3 turn off the same way.
What's the last number that shows after setting up time, month, date, year and time format?
That's the day of the week (1= Monday, 2= Tuesday, 3= Wednesday, 4= Thursday, 5= Friday, 6= Saturday, 7= Sunday)
Why does the vibration get stronger?
That's the escalation, and it's intentional. Zyntez starts gentle and builds through 3 increasing levels until you respond. It's what makes it work when a single buzz wouldn't.
How do I switch between 12 and 24-hour format?
It's the last step of setting the time. When 24H appears, press once to switch to 12P. Release & wait or just hold to confirm.
